Job Description
Our client in the retail design and manufacturing industry is seeking out a Junior Operations Partner to join their team in Durban. Duties:
-Plan, coordinate and arrange project phases.
-Understanding project management principal strategies and visions.
-Provide support in the management of project scope.
-Assist in the development of project plans within the schedule and budget.
-Organize the allocation of business resources required by the project.
-Conduct risk analysis on projects and manage possible risks and issues.
-Provide support for the development of business practices.
Skills Required
Minimum requirements:
-Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.
-1-3 years’ experience in similar role.
-Experience in supporting end to end delivery of small, medium, and large scoped projects.
-Necessary understanding of project management principles, lifecycle’s and methodologies.
-Project Management software skills.
-Efficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
