Our client who is one of the leading packaging manufacturers is on the search for an Operations Factory Manager to join their team!

The primary objectives of this role involve the effective management of the factory to ensure optimal efficiency, production, service, and profitability for the organization. This includes a focus on improving organizational effectiveness through process development, employee oversight, and the creation of a highly motivational work environment. The role requires adherence to company standards for excellence and quality, as well as providing guidance and feedback to enhance the knowledge and skills of others. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring all duties are performed in compliance with relevant legal and statutory regulations, professional obligations, and any applicable standards such as Best Practice Guidelines or ISO certification.
