A dynamic company specializing in retail and manufactoring is seeking a suitably qualified operations manager to join their team in Durban.

Duties:
-Plan, manage and organize project scope and phrases within the framework of the project mandate. –Implement the company’s project management principals outlined in the project management strategy and vision.
-Manage project scope effectively.
-Develop plans for projects that include schedule and budget.
-Allocate business resources to teams required by the project.
-Effectively communicate and provide feedback to teams and stakeholders in regards to project timings milestones and deliverables.
-Determine the regularity and status report contents of the project.
-Examine results and troubleshoot problem areas.
-Identify and manage projects terminal elements, risks and issues.
-To recognize interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs.
-Addressing clients goals and maintaining the industry’s best practices.
-Gain personal development through the company’s best practices, policies and partnerships.
